You’re Crafty! with Elizabeth Clarke

This video was the final assignment for the Digital Video Production class I took in the summer of 2015 at the College of San Mateo. Thanks to Elizabeth Clarke, the Founder of You’re Crafty! (, who was a joy to work with as I filmed and interviewed her.

Apologies to Elizabeth and to you, the viewer, for the audio – it’s not loud enough. Initially, I was embarrassed by my mistake for not setting the camcorder correctly and thought the video wasn’t worth sharing which was why I didn’t do so before now.

The concept for this short documentary was mine. I shot and edited this, used Adobe’s Premiere Pro and stock audio music. Many thanks to my instructor, Sam Sanchez, who made learning fun and was patient and encouraging, too. Also, gratitude to my classmates for answering questions, assisting me as needed, and contributing to my overall great experience with this course. It wasn’t easy for me, but I’m glad I took it.

Looking forward to making more videos with better audio in the future. :-)
